France Télévisions renews broadcasting rights
for the French Open from 2024 to 2027
France Télévisions is delighted about their new agreement with the French Tennis Federation for the broadcasting rights to the French Open from 2024 to 2027. This agreement champions universally available, free coverage of future French Opens on public service broadcasting.
Thanks to this partnership, France Télévisions will be able to provide all French citizens with live coverage of the men’s and women’s matches throughout the day, including those scheduled on the Simonne-Mathieu court. The Group will mobilise all its channels (France 2, France 3, France 4 and the france.tv platform) to provide comprehensive daytime coverage of the tournament on all the courts.
This agreement only goes to show what exceptional sports content France Télévisions provides for all audiences. It is also a long-term consolidation of a particularly diverse range of sporting rights, such as the recent acquisition of broadcasting rights for the Summer and Winter Olympic Games (until 2032), the World Athletics Championships (until 2029) and the Coupe de France (until 2026).
