FRANCE TV PRESENTS ITS MEDIA DEVICE FOR THE OLYMPICS


For the first time, the channels France 2 and France 3 will be entirely dedicated to the Olympic Games. France 2 will broadcast the highlights of the Games, while France 3 will focus on team sports competitions. The plateform france.tv PARIS 2024 will spotlight sliding sports and urban sports.

France Télévisions will provide exceptional coverage of the Olympic Games with 50 hours per day of broadcasting on France 2 and France 3, and 250 hours on the dedicated digital channel


The France Télévisions setup during the Paralympic Games (from August 28 to September 8) will offer continuous 24-hour coverage

France 24 has been awarded the “Journalism Trust Initiative” (JTI) certification offered by Reporters Without Borders, receiving the maximum score of 100% for the entire assessment.


Conceived as an international ISO professional standard, the JTI was initiated by Reporters Without Borders, an NGO dedicated to press freedom and human rights, to promote free and independent information worldwide, using indicators to assess the reliability of journalism and respect for ethical and deontological standards of information.
